Goals and Objectives
To ensure the continuation of a positive working relationship with the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust and PGA Links Management Pty Ltd that leads to enhanced Member benefits and experiences, and the long-term sustainability of Moore Park Golf Club:
- Negotiate elements within the Operating Agreement.
- Present the Club's position on course maintenance and operational issues.
Match - Reports to the Board of Directors
BRETT CONDON (CHAIR), ELSIE PATHMANATHAN, TONY LUCK, BRUCE WATT and MICK ALLEYNE (CO-OPT)
Goals and Objectives
To provide an enjoyable golfing experience for Members and encourage participation in and support of representative teams:
- Manage competitions and membership draws.
- Maintain Member Handicaps.
- Promote representative golf at Moore Park.
- Encourage increased participation in women's' and junior golf major events.
- Regular presentations, particularly after medal rounds.
Course Coordination - Reports to the Board of Directors

Goals and Objectives
To partake in weekly course inspections and provide members input to the Course Superintendent in relation to golf course presentation.
Membership - Reports to the Board of Directors

Goals and Objectives
To lead initiatives to both retain membership and to grow membership, including specifically women and junior participation:
- Prepare growth plan for incorporation in overall marketing plan undertaken with the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust and PGA Links Management Pty Ltd.
- Lead club driven marketing initiatives.
- Undertake six monthly membership survey and act on learning.
- Ensure sub-activities (newsletter, amenities, social functions) align to broader marketing and positioning strategy.
- Support preparation and development of all major club functions.
- Provide regular board approved communications to Members and to develop regular social functions to build a feeling of community within the Club (quarterly newsletter, social functions, club amenities, Constitution re-draft).
Human Resources - Reports to the Board of Directors

Goals and Objectives
To provide an efficient and effective administrative and information services to the Board and Members. Ensure office services and availability to best serve the needs of the Board and Members:
- Establish improved procedural documentation and information systems for easy access and understanding of office staff and Board Members.
- Review job descriptions and establish KPI's for staff with annual reviews.
- Ensure staff are able to provide accurate information to Members about golfing events and membership conditions.
- Ensure staff have the necessary skills to operate PC applications and generate reports for the Board.
