12 Lesson Card Terms and Conditions
- By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Moore Park School of Golf 12 Lesson Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
- Once activated, a Moore Park School of Golf 12 Lesson Card entitles you to twelve x 30 minute private golf lessons at the Moore Park School of Golf, with a PGA Accredited Teaching Professional of your choice, not all lessons need to be with the same instructor. Lessons include ball and club hire.
- 12 Lesson Cards are not valid for purchases of any other goods or services at Moore Park Golf.
- 12 Lesson Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
- All lessons redeemed using 12 Lesson Cards require pre-booking. Please present your Card at the School of Golf service desk 10 minutes prior to your lesson. If you do not show up for your pre-booked lesson, it is considered forfeited and cannot be rebooked.
- 12 Lesson Cards can be used to book School of Golf lessons via telephone on (02) 9663 1064.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of School of Golf lessons within 24 hours of the booking time is not permitted in accordance with the School of Golf Cancelation and Reschedule Policy (link). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from your Card.
- 12 Lesson Cards remain the property of Moore Park Golf.
- Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
- 12 Lesson Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance that remains cannot be redeemed or refunded after the Card’s expiry date.
- Faulty or damaged Cards will not be re-issued unless proven to be as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Moore Park Golf.
- Additional credit cannot be added to 12 Lesson Cards once the original value has expired/been redeemed.
- The Card owner can check the Card’s balance, expiry date and transaction history at any time by presenting it at the Golf Shop service desk.
- Moore Park Golf accepts no liability for fraudulent use of 12 Lesson Cards.
- If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your School of Golf 12 Lesson Card, please call (02) 9663 1064.
