THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT The types of information we collect from you will depend on the circumstances of collection and on the type of service you request from us, for example: - When you request services/products from us we may collect details such as your name, email address, telephone number and gender. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION Moore Park Golf will only use the personal information we collect: - For the main purpose(s) for which it was disclosed at the time of collection; Generally we will use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes: - To provide the services you have requested from Moore Park Golf; - To register you for clinics, lessons, rounds and events at Moore Park Golf - Providing a service to you - For direct marketing of products and services (If we contact you in this way without obtaining prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications). Personal information will not be sold to companies for mailing purposes. CONFIRMATION Successful online bookings will receive an automatic confirmation via email. -No further confirmation is required. -The internet booking system is directly linked to the reservation software, and the customer will only be contacted if a Moore Park Golf staff member has a query regarding your booking. If a confirmation email is not received, the customer must check that the email entered is correct. Queries, questions or problems with the Moore Park Golf Booking System telephone (02) 9663 1064. The customer is required as proof of booking to provide the reference number or the credit card used to secure the booking at the time of registration to the Pro Shop staff. Moore Park Golf reserves the right to alter tee times without notice due to circumstances outside of Moore Park Golfs control. (e.g. lightening, slow play, course renovations). CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS Once made, bookings cannot be cancelled or modified online. Modifications can be made by calling the Pro Shop on (02) 9663 1064 or sending an email to info@mpgolf.com.au quoting the reference number supplied to in the confirmation email. Should the customer wish to modify or change their booking to an alternative time or date, contact must be made with Moore Park Golf 48hrs before the reserved tee time, the customer must speak to the Golf Operations Manager, Pro Shop Manager or Administration Manager (02) 9663 1064 or email info@mpgolf.com.au. The Golf Operations, Pro Shop or Administration Manager will confirm availability of the altered date and tee time. Should the customer not be able to confirm a re-scheduled tee time, a credit reference number will be provided. To redeem the credit the customer is required to contact the Pro Shop, Golf Operations or Administration Manager within one month of the original booking date to re-schedule. If the customer fails to re-schedule this tee time within one month the credit will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. No refunds will be given for changes or modifications of online bookings. Moore Park Golf reserves the right to refuse a credit note should the customer not provide 48 hours notice to an authorised representative of Moore Park Golf. You must check in at The Pro Shop a minimum of 20 minutes before your tee time is due to start, should you not arrive and register with the Pro Shop you may risk the cancellation of your tee time, in this event no credit note will be given. REFUNDS - MOORE PARK GOLF DOES NOT REFUND ONLINE PRE PAID BOOKINGS. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF COURSE CLOSURE, NO CREDIT NOTES WILL BE GIVEN FOR NO SHOWS OR AMMENDMENTS WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE TO AN AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE OF MOORE PARK GOLF. In the event of course closure, refunds will only be paid towards the credit card used to secure the booking. After the confirmation of credit card details, refunds will be issued within 7 working days of course closure. Moore Park Golf reserves the right to remove customers from the course the rules of Moore Park Golf Course have not been adhered to. Please refer to the course rules located in the Pro Shop upon arrival. No refunds will be given in the event that the customer is removed from the course. In the event that bookings are made in multiples and a player does not show, no refund will be given for the no show player. In the event that a player is unavailable to play for a pre-booked tee time reservation 48hrs notice must be given to an authorised representative of Moore Park Golf in which case a credit note will be given for the unplayed tee time. A credit note will be issued to the holder of the credit card for these tee times and must be used as is within the conditions of the Cancellations/Modifications of tee times.
